We do not offer refunds for registered programs or process cancellations, under any circumstances. 

However, if you inform us at least 2 days before the program start, our team may consider your request on a case by case basis.

For any queries related to refund, you can contact us at contact@oneasana.com. If your refund is accepted fully or partially, we’ll return the amount back to the same source of payment.
