What People Are Saying About Hatha Yoga
After I started doing Angamardhana, I experienced some significant physical changes. I feel very energetic and ready to take on the day! I surely recommend this to all those who are on the fence in taking a plunge into yoga, which helps one physically and mentally!
Megha Tata
The kind of flexibility and strength Angamardhana can give you, nothing else can do that. You can see amazing results in such a short period of time.
Vasundhara
I had a wonderful experience learning Angamardana with Srikar Anna in One Asana. He is very calm and motivates you to do hatha yoga.
kartik dubey
I have derived immense physical and psychological benefits from Isha Hatha Yoga practices. I don’t miss out on Surya Kriya, which keeps me very energetic and alive the whole day no matter how many hours I am up. I feel blessed when my breath awareness is heightened during these practices. Truly fortunate to receive this tool!

Sadhguru says you should do these practices for at least 6 months to experience all the benefits and realize the significance of the practices. It’s very easy to give it up in early stage. Since 6 months becomes too long a commitment for some people, we’ve made it half.
Many beginners with no experience of yoga have benefitted from doing our programs. No prior experience of yoga is needed.
Everyone has a different starting point. We give necessary asana modifications so that people with lesser flexibility can also get the same benefit from the practices.
Classical Hatha Yoga Practices like Surya Kriya, Angamardana and Yogasanas are always taught at the yoga studio. However, some Upa-Yoga practices, Pranayam, Meditations and Chants are taught and practiced online.
Hatha Yoga stems from a deep understanding of the mechanics of the body, and uses yogic postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy. By practicing this profound science, one can change and enhance the way they think, feel, and experience life. Hatha yoga is about creating a body that is not a hurdle in your life. The body becomes a stepping stone in the progress towards blossoming into your ultimate possibility.
Isha Hatha Yoga programs are an unparalleled opportunity to learn classical hatha yoga in its full depth and vibrancy. The programs are conducted by highly trained teachers and are not taught merely for physical fitness and strength. They are a holistic process of naturally achieving mastery over the body and mind, so as to come to a state of health, joy, and bliss. The programs are an extensive exploration of hatha yoga and revive various dimensions of this ancient science that are largely absent in the world today.
