Personal Support System includes:
Daily practice sessions on zoom, sadhana reminders, powerful chants, practice support, food and lifestyle suggestions, one-on-one calls, practice progress tracking, community activities, exclusive Sadhguru wisdom and many more activities to ensure you are motivated on the path and are consistent with your sadhana.
In Classical Hatha Yoga, we do not encourage teaching, guiding or correcting hatha yoga practices online.
However, some Upa-Yoga practices, Pranayam, Meditations and Chants are taught and practiced online daily.
Studio Classes happen on specific dates. We’ll keep you updated on this. Angamardana (4 Days), Surya Kriya (3 Days), Yogasanas (4 Days), Surya Shakti (1 Day)
These workshops happen every month. You can choose to attend the workshops based on your availability.
There are two online zoom sessions daily. [6 am, 7 am]
You can choose any one.
Sadhguru says you should do these practices for at least 6 months to experience all the benefits and realize the significance of the practices. It’s very easy to give it up in early stage. Since 180 days becomes too long a commitment, we’ve made it half.
You can renew your subscription for the personal support system or learn new Hatha yoga practices by choosing one of the above plans.
Many beginners with no experience of yoga have benefitted from doing our programs. No prior experience of yoga is needed.
Everyone has a different starting point. We give necessary asana modifications so that people with lesser flexibility can also get the same benefit from the practices.
If you don’t stay close to the yoga studio, you can register for the one asana tribe online support. The practices can be learnt in workshops conducted in other Isha yoga centers too.
